How we make money

If that changes

Some factoring companies, 2290 e-file providers and ELD makers run referral programs that pay publishers. If we join one:

• Every page with a paid link will say so at the top, and the link itself will be marked.
• Rankings, tables and calculators won't change because of who pays. A company that pays gets the same "not published" cells as one that doesn't.
• We will always show the free or official route next to a paid one, such as filing Form 2290 on paper or paying UCR at ucr.gov.
• This page will list each program and what it pays.

Things we won't take money for

• UCR filing. OOIDA has warned truckers about third-party UCR collectors; we send you to ucr.gov.
• ELD status. No provider can pay to change how its devices show.
