When is Form 2290 due?
By the last day of the month after the month a truck first runs on a public road. Every truck on the road in July 2026 was due August 31, 2026; a truck first used later has its own date. All 12 due dates.
When is the next IFTA return due?
Q3 2026 is due Nov 2, 2026. IFTA returns are due the last day of the month after each quarter, moved to the next business day when that falls on a weekend.
Is UCR the same as the MCS-150 biennial update?
No. UCR is a yearly fee paid at ucr.gov, $55 for 0 to 2 trucks for 2027, due by Dec 31, 2026. The MCS-150 is a free update of your USDOT record, filed in Motus every two years in a month set by your USDOT number.
