Clauses from a signed Triumph Business Capital (Advance Business Capital LLC) agreement
From Factoring and Security Agreement + pricing amendment (EX-10.8) with The Maslow Media Group, dated 2016-11-04, filed with the SEC. An old agreement with a non-trucking client shows the clauses this factor's paper has used, not today's terms.
