Can I keep driving with InTouch ELD - Android?
Not as a registered ELD. The maker pulled it off FMCSA's list (FMCSA calls it "self-revoked"), and FMCSA hasn't published a paper-log period or grace period for withdrawn devices, so don't count on 60 days. Ask your provider which registered device or app version replaces it.
Another company's device uses the same ELD ID and is registered: INTELELOGS by Intelligent Telematics Inc.. It's a different listing and doesn't change this device's status.

Can a revoked ELD be reinstated?
Yes, if the maker fixes the problems: "If the ELD provider corrects all identified deficiencies for their devices, FMCSA will place the ELDs back on the list of registered devices and inform the industry and the field of the update."
