FMCSA doesn't approve ELDs: makers self-certify them, and FMCSA lists them as registered. DriveHoS ELD (ELD ID D9Y14G) is on FMCSA's registered ELD list dated Oct 27, 2026, the list 49 CFR 395.22(a) says carriers must pick from.
